Carli Harper-Penman, Founder

Carli is a strategy and communications expert who has spent most of her career in-house helping businesses with social purpose become more operationally effective, grow and be heard by policy makers.

Carli is a non-executive director for two housing associations, and a former local authority councillor.

In her spare time, she is a long suffering Tottenham Hotspur fan.

Elizabeth Turner, Consultant

A qualified midwife by background, Elizabeth is an experienced communications consultant and project manager. She is a health and social care specialist and has extensive knowledge of sector stakeholders. Elizabeth regularly delivers training sessions for healthcare workers and allied professions. She has worked with organisations spanning the public, private and third sectors.

Reid Barton, Web Developer

An experienced web developer with a keen eye for detail, Reid provides advice, support, design and construction for all your web and content needs. With a specialist interest in digital accessibility, Reid enjoys working with clients to help them meet their digital goals and exceed user expectations.

Verity Thomas, Associate Director

An experienced and innovative healthcare communications and engagement specialist with 20 years’ experience in the public, private and charity sectors. Verity spent ten years leading and delivering internal and external communications at Health Education England (now NHS England) before becoming a communications and engagement consultant.

 

Dash, Head of Wellbeing

A very good boy, Dash is in charge of motivating colleagues and keeping the team happy. His key skills include getting tummy rubs and making food disappear at lightning speed.
